Hawaiian Noni Juice as Cure For Arthritis

Friday, July 28, 2006

When I read that Hawaiian noni juice is good for sufferers of arthritis, I immediately thought about my Grandmother who has been dealing with such illness since her 50’s (she is in her 70’s now).

Maintaining a strong, youthful heart, and normal blood pressure are claimed health benefits of noni juice – and she possesses all this as she still is a great state of health. It’s just that she is much bothered by arthritis and the pain that accompanies it. And being a regular consumer of noni juice myself, it would be great if my grandmother can also benefit from the Hawaiian noni juice.

With the control if not total cure of arthritis being claimed as one of the health benefits of noni juice – hopefully this would also apply to my grandmother. I am hoping this tropical health supplement can also do wonders for her.

I have already bought her a month’s supply of organic Hawaiian noni juice, along my own supply – and the health store has generously given me substantive discount because of the bulk purchase.

Actually I have taking this health supplement for quite some time now, if only because losing weight and increased metabolism is another one of the claimed health benefits of noni juice. And the fact is, I have lost some weight, and while it may not be significant – the more significant effect of my use of Hawaiian noni juice is that it seems to be supplying me with a great amount of energy that helps me get pumped up and easily go through whatever activities I have throughout the day.

Hawaiian Noni Juice and Cola: Good and Bad Habits

Tuesday, July 04, 2006

I have always been a cola drinker – such one “bad” habit which I just could not kick no matter how I try. I tried so many times, the longest time that I had no soft drinks in my snack, lunch or dinner (even breakfast) was 5 weeks. Then, one party happened, and I just saw myself guzzling up soda like crazy. Ever since I haven’t try stopping again.

So, what has the Hawaiian noni juice got to do with it?

Well, I am much aware about the health benefits of noni juice.

I presumed that by drinking Hawaiian noni juice, I get to offset whatever bad effects I get from drinking cola.

Bad Habit versus Good habit? Hopefully the latter wins.

Everybody worries about my kidney, liver and just about every internal organ in my body – the family’s afraid my continued over indulgence of soda drink has done damage on them.

Good for me, a recent executive check-up required for employment reveals excellent health condition.

Still, I know I have to be more conscious of my health. Eventually, I might be able to permanently kick the cola habit, and continue with that of Hawaiian noni juice. This would definitely maximize the health benefits of noni juice that I could possibly get.

That would be the day.

Hawaiian Noni Juice: Bitter Taste, Sweet Benefits

Saturday, July 01, 2006

Who drinks the Hawaiian noni juice more, the adult consumers or those in the younger age bracket? Adult consumers here may be around the age of 30 or 35 above, while below this would be the younger set of consumers.

It is known that the Hawaiian noni juice, if taken in its natural state and without other fruit flavor mixed in, as a not so pleasant taste, more of like bitter, which stays with you long after you have drank the supplement drink.

I think the adults have more tolerance and acceptance to the off-taste quality of the Hawaiian noni juice. My aunt initially loathes its taste, and if only for the health benefits of noni juice, she has to drink it for her well-being. Otherwise, she would have coffee anytime. Eventually, she came to like it – and try to convince others of its efficacy.

It’s funny how after taking her noni, she immediately follows it with gulps of cold water.

Young consumers are more vocal in their dislike for the taste – I am trying to get my teenage nieces to regularly take it, convincing them that one of the health benefits of noni juice is keeping them trim and slim.

Still, I only got them to drink the Hawaiian noni juice by buying strawberry banana juice and mixing it with noni juice. They just love it.

If only for the health benefits of noni juice, those with little tolerance to the Hawaiian noni juice’s natural taste may opt to mask it with other more delicious tasting fruit drinks.
